Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah facing three-game ban?

Premier League leading scorer Mohamed Salah said Sunday he is insulted over the unauthorized use of his image and blames the Egyptian Football Association in a dispute that comes less than two months before the World Cup in Russian Federation.

The Egypt global has been in stunning form this term, scoring 43 goals in 48 appearances in all competitions, and has already collected the PFA Player of the Year award.

The dispute has centred on an advertising campaign by the national team's main sponsor, Telecom Egypt's mobile arm WE, which has relied heavily on photos of Salah, who has his own contract with global telecom giant Vodafone.

Liverpool reportedly fear losing Mohamed Salah for their final two Premier League games of the season following the Egyptian forward's clash with Bruno Martins Indi. I was hoping the interaction would be classier than this, ' Salah tweeted.

"We have been promised that the issue will be resolved and the argument is heading for a solution", Salah posted on his official Twitter account. "I had hoped things could have been handled in a more elegant way than this." the 25-year-old winger said in a tweet on Sunday afternoon.

Youth and Sports Minister Khaled Abd Elaziz reached an agreement with EFA president Hany Abou Reida to resolve all the problems concerning Salah.

"We will communicate with all the parties to solve the crisis; especially since Egypt is going to participate in the 2018 World Cup". "Complete silence! What's the plan?!" "Mohamed Salah is an idol for Egyptian youth, loving and loyal to his homeland and represents his country in Europe in the best way".

The EFA previously revealed the letter sent to Ramy Abbas, on April 2, in response to the use of Salah's image in commercials without permission.

Salah's tweet went viral on social media and Egyptian fans launched a Twitter hashtag, #Support_Mohamed_Salah.
