Kate Middleton's Having A Baby Boy Says Very Blue Holiday Card

"The photograph shows The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their two children at Kensington Palace". Though no one can deny the adorable and symmetrical 2017 Christmas card, next year's batch is sure to look entirely different with a new baby.

That might seem like a random wish, but it wasn't really.

Every year, Britain's royal family picks out a "postcard perfect" picture that will go on their Christmas Card.

Kensington Palace released the adorable image on December 18, and while the first thing we noticed is how adorable Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, are, we also couldn't help but note that the entire fam - including Kate Middleton, 35, and Prince William, 35 - are all wearing blue! Prince William is seen dressed in a royal blue suit, with a light blue, patterned tie.

The photo was taken earlier this year by Getty Images Royal photographer Chris Jackson at Kensington Palace. Though Kate's appendage is presumably just tucked behind her husband's back, the image does seem a little odd once you take a closer look! George, on the other hand, looks like his left shoe is about to slip off his foot.

Charlotte is seen wearing a pair of blue Mary Janes while her brother wears black leather loafers with long socks - although one has fallen partway down his ankle. That means this family picture was taken before Middleton announced that she is expecting her third child, due in April 2018. Earlier today, Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, also released their official Christmas card. It was also included that the Royal Highnesses announced Monday morning that Princess Charlotte would begin attending Willocks Nursery School in London in January.
