Lady Gaga Confirms Las Vegas Residency

The "Million Reasons" singer is slated to take over the Park Theater at the Park MGM in Las Vegas for her still-unnamed residency, where she'll surely play her many hit singles, as well as some new songs that probably haven't even been written yet.

Lady Gaga could be finding a temporary new home in Las Vegas. "I will have my own residency at MGM's Park Theater", she posted on Facebook, along with several photos. Meet me in Las Vegas!

As far as how much Lady Gaga will get paid for this residency, the LVRJ says it's a lot less than the rumors that have been circulating online.

She says she is humbled to be joining a historical line-up of performers that include Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. A "pop-up" show on her "Bud Lite Dive Bar Tour" she had planned in Downtown Las Vegas days before the T-Mobile show was canceled (she stated she needed to rehearse for her world tour instead).

Lady Gaga performs for the five former U.S. presidents, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama during a concert at Texas A&M University benefiting hurricane relief efforts in College Station, Texas, U.S., October 21, 2017. But now the performer plans to make Sin City a more permanent base.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal also reported the news on Monday, revealing that Gaga is preparing to announce a stint of 36 shows at the venue. "Meet me in Las Vegas baby, we did it!"

Gaga is the latest music queen to nab her own Vegas residency, following stars like Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, and Cher.

Discussing her illness, Gaga said: "I have always been honest about my physical and mental health struggles".
