Track Palin Is Arrested For Domestic Violence & It's Not The First Time

The burglary charge indicates that Palin was attempting to "cause or attempt to cause physical injury to a person", according to the court records.

Track Palin arrived at the family home on Saturday after telling his father, Todd Palin, that he was going to "beat his ass", according to a sworn affidavit obtained by the Anchorage Daily News.

The affidavit states that Todd Palin was bleeding from cuts on his head.

Sarah Palin's son was arrested Sunday for a second time on domestic violence charges.

As cops were responding, they got an update that Track had broken through a window at the Palin house and was assaulting his father, Todd. He told police the dispute began when Track Palin, 28, called to retrieve his truck. Track was listed as present at the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, a correctional facility for offenders awaiting trial, as of the night of December 17, according to NBC News.




The family's attorney John Tiemessen issued a statement regarding the incident, although the victim involved was not identified.

Track Palin, who his mother has said suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, has been arrested previously.

He remained jailed in Palmer, Alaska, as of Sunday afternoon. At the time, he was charged with a slew of misdemeanors, including interfering with the report of a domestic violence, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and assault.According to reports, Palin was suspected of punching his girlfriend and threatening suicide in that incident.

He faces domestic violence- related charges of burglary and assault.
