The Office Revival Reportedly in the Works

According to a report from TVLine, NBC is set to revive The Office for the 2018-2019 TV season.

Greenblatt stated: "We often talk about The Office".

The wait might be getting over with news trickling in that The Office will make a comeback, as reported by Variety. I've talked to Greg [Daniels, producer and writer of The Office US] four times over the past few years.

TVLine reports that although Steve Carell would not be returning as Michael Scott, all the rest of the employees of Dunder-Mifflin's Scranton Branch would be present. It's always, 'Maybe someday, but not now.' There is certainly an open invitation, but we don't have anything happening right now.

The Office, one of the all-time beloved comedies, is ready to join the revival bandwagon. "If he wants to do it, I would do it".

NBC's The Office itself was a remake of the British The Office, which ran for two series in the United Kingdom before the American remake debuted in 2005. "That's what she said!"

Citing sources, the website said the new show would feature a combination of returning cast members and newcomers.

A revived "Will & Grace" premiered during the fall season on NBC.

Well, if you long for the days when that crew ran the fictional Scranton paper company Dunder Mifflin, you just might be in luck.

The show starred a host of talented actors and writers, including Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Craig Robinson, Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak, and received 42 Emmy nominations while on air.
