Hannibal Buress arrested in Miami for disorderly intoxication

Comedian Hannibal Buress was arrested Saturday night in Miami, Fla.

"Trespassing", an officer replies, though Buress was not charged with trespassing.

He faces a charge of disorderly intoxication, according to Miami-Dade County.

A cell phone video posted on Twitter by user @eyehatgabe shows Buress with his hands behind his back against a patrol vehicle as two officers question him.

"For tresspassing", one of the officers says in the video. He screams at the officers, "Am I under arrest?" After one cop accuses him of being hard, Buress can be heard laughing and declaring, "He's just salty because I roasted his ass". The Miami New Times points toward initial reports that the comedian attracted law enforcement's attentions for "trespassing". "You know y'all look goofy as f*ck". Eventually, an officer forces Buress into the auto.

In a report from TMZ, the comedian allegedly approached the police and asked for an Uber. According to the officer's affidavit, Buress continued to "hurl profanities" at him and caused a crowd to form.

In the video, the comic can be heard asking what the reason for his arrest is. "For what?" Buress yells in the video.

Buress is best remembered for a 2014 stand up routine that made reference to persistent allegations of sexual misconduct against Bill Cosby.

Exactly what led to Buress being put in handcuffs was unclear Sunday morning.

He's a rising star in the comedy world, and appeared this year in the summer blockbusters "Baywatch" and "Spider-Man: Homecoming".
