Janet Jackson promises she's planning

On Friday, Janet was spotted with Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner as she's visiting and meeting with evacuees who were staying at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

She hugged fans who were moved to tears upon seeing her and even held and comforted a fan's baby.

As previously reported, Jackson postponed her Unbreakable World Tour in May 2016 when she announced she was expecting.

Following the impactful intro, the music icon went on to perform hits from her catalog including "Nasty", "Alright", "Control", "When I Think of You", "All for You", and "Rhythm Nation".

Fan pages quickly posted images and videos from the tour, including one fantastic clip where the singer reminded fans of her legacy.

On Wednesday, Jackson revealed that despite the stormy weather, she would keep her Houston tour date intact, sharing in a video on Twitter, "I'm here to tell you that we are doing the show in Houston". Last month, Janet shared a photo of herself preparing for the tour on Instagram. "I was just so surprised, shocked that I didn't have a black out from being so excited".

She wrote in her caption: 'Hey u guys. We r in rehearsal mode. She gave birth to son Eissa in May, and relocated back to the states from London following her split from billionaire husband, Wisaam Al Mana.

"We're going to roll in early because we wanted to visit some of the shelters", Jackson said. 'Hey, you guys, it's me, Jan - just in case you don't recognize me, 'cause I have put on quite a few since I had the baby", she said "But I thank God, I thank God for him, you guys. We are in court and the rest is in God's hands'.
