Danielle Bregoli Gets Probation For Multiple Charges

On Tuesday, in Delray Beach, Florida, she was given five years probation for these offenses.

The "Cash Me Outside" girl will NOT be going to jail after pleading guilty to multiple charges last month.

Following her appearance on Dr. Phil during an episode called "I Want To Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried To Frame Me For A Crime", Bregoli spent time at a ranch in Utah for troubled teens.

Bregoli's most recent arrest, in April, came when she was found in a auto with marijuana and the teen told the judge "I regret it very much".

As part of her plea deal, Bregoli will be put on probation until she is 19.

Her sentence stems from four separate arrests.

Bregoli later admitted that the report was false. The judge said she can complete her probation in California, where the teen lives with her mother.

Ira Peskowitz, Danielle Bregoli's estranged father, attended her sentencing hearing in Palm Beach today, WPBF reports. Peskowitz later told the New York Post that he believes his daughter is "being groomed for a career in pornography by people who want to cash in on her weird celebrity".

He told NBC news: "I am the only parent in this relationship with Danielle that is trying to see the best thing for this child".

Peskowitz, who works for the Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office, claims his parental rights are being 'stripped away, ' WPBF reported. Earlier this year the cash me ousside girl had battery charges levied against her in Lake Worth, Florida.
