The Sun Online has contacted Kim and Kanye's representatives for comment.

She is unable to use hot tubs or saunas, to eat raw fish, to apply hair dye, and to drink more than one caffeinated beverage a day.

Kim later said in a confessional on her family's show: "Kanye and I are going to look into other options and see what we are comfortable with". She and her husband wanted to add to their brood - they are already parents to North West, 4, and Saint West, 19 months - but Kardashian's doctors advised her against getting pregnant. It is believed that the surrogate is three months along, which will put the baby's due date sometime in January 2018.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are reportedly expecting their third child, via surrogate.

"I'd just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that's safe", she said. "So now I want to explore surrogacy", she told her mum, Kris Jenner. The reality star has always spoken openly about her desire to have a big family.

Kim was diagnosed with placenta accretion during both pregnancies, a life threatening condition that can cause haemorrhaging during labour.
